When I wrote the majority of this album i was living in a squat in Farnborough and spending mostly all of my time strung out on speed or drunk. At this time (looking back now) I turned into somebody I honestly couldn't even slightly like. I lost alot of friends and put my family and loved ones through hell. This was written before i was diagnosed with my mental condition.
Most of these songs are a fuck you to the people who were (in their own way) trying to help, About how much fun it was to be High and Off my face.
