Written over 2 years about my constant struggle with Bi-Polar, drug and alcohol addiction the pitt falls, bad feelings and the great feeling of overcoming them and moving on. originally meant to be out last year this album was delayed because of my constant mental changes and attitude adjustments to the points i was trying to make. The up and downs and conflicting ideals of this album are exactly as they were and indeed are in my head.
Hopefully a middle to the story of this part of my life.
